That's a beauty. By serial number it seems it would have most or all of the many improvements on the hammer gun. Does it have the new 1878 latch system?

Does it have M stamp on barrel flats instead of the T with crescents which is typically found on twist barrels?

One of the interesting things about this gun us that it is original condition, not refinished , polished, honed , etc. , just cleaned. |
