Soy Vay pheasant breasts !
Earlier when I ordered a bunch of Yeri Yeri Yeryaki I also ordered some “Asian Honey Barbecue” marinade . So I thawed a bunch of pheasant breasts and let six of them sit in this stuff for a couple hours then cooked for seven minutes in my George Foreman grill . Had a wonderfull flavor but a touch dry , may try that again but for only 5 1/2 minutes . Tonight I sautéed seven breasts in a frying pan with extra of this stuff four minutes a side and they came out very tender and a good bit more juicey . So that’s dinner tonight with LC n cheese and coleslaw !
