Default 2 3/4 waterfowl loads

Looking for reload data for 12 gauge lower pressure 2 3/4 non toxic waterfowl loads preferably with AA Winchester hulls. This is for a #2 frame Parker and on occasion a 1 1/2 frame. Nice shot, tungston, bismouth whatever people like. I have enough shells to get through this season but want to add this load to my winter reloading projects. Getting tired of the commercial prices.
Thanks for any assistance

Eric,

With NiceShot use your regular load. It patterns best at about 1200 fps or less and with 1 1/4 oz in the ten gauge and 1 1-8 oz in the 12 gauge. Check out their web site and look at the velocities of RST nontoxic loads.

I believe if low pressure is a primary goal you shoud stick with Bismuth. The Nice Shot people advise Nice Shot can be substituted for lead in any lead shot recipe, HOWEVER when you use Nice Shot you have to had 1500 psi to the published pressure for the lead recipe you selected. So if the lead recipe is 7500 psi using Nice Shot pushes the pressure up to 9000 psi as example.

I usually load one ounce loads with green dot for about 7200 PSI with lead. so nice shot pushes me to about 9700PSI. In a number 2 frame 12 gauge parker in good condition I am wondering if that is still a safe range.
I saw a post where bismuth is again available so will look at that further and check ballistic product book for their recipes.
Thanks

Eric check the Hodgdon Reloading web site, Longshot powder will deliver a couple of 1 1/4 ounce Bismuth load in 12ga at 7600 psi using the Federal Gold Medal hull. There is also a load using Win AA hull at 7500 psi. They are zipping along at 1300 fps too, so you could easily back them off a grain or so as well for even less pressure.
