Default Anyone have an PW 800 Plus?

My12 gauge 12 gauge is jammed. I think there is a primer stuck in the position behind primer feed. Any suggestions?. Can't figure out how to extract the shell holder.

Thanks

Default 800 Plus Quick change

Hey John,

You didnít mention if your 800 Plus has the quick change dies, do the dies on your machine look the same as mine in the picture?

Same machine. I think there is a primer jammed in the station behind the primer track. If it would be easier, call me at 248 705 0239

You may have a partially dťprimed hull with the primer hanging part way out.

I suspect that is the case, but I can't get the shell holder out of the tray because it is blocked in by the primer track

Stan
Cranking out those 16g shells for Shane to blast away? Asking for a friend.

Yep. Same setup as Stan's. Sure don't want to send it back to PW. Last time it was about $400 including shipping, and 2-3 months. Not sure I'd even be allowed to ship given that I can't remove all the shells.

Wish I could help you more John,
Like you mentioned on the phone, hopefully a tech from Ponsness can give you guidance on how to unfamiliar that thing again, Iím sure they can.

Mike,
Those 16ís are what Shane is so good at emptying, I donít even ask if I can shoot the 32Ē Ithaca 16 anymore, he more or less claimed it

Try pulling the handle back as far as you can. It might lift the cross head enough to pull the shell holder out. You night also pry up the shell holder and you might be able to remove the die or rotate the dies. Billy
