I use a 600 JR for 2 3/4 and 2 1/2" 28g. No issues at all.

I have 4 old Sizemasters and have no complaints. I have only loaded #8 shot in the 28 and it hasn't been a problem.

I'm pretty sure they didn't make a BSS in 28ga. If they did I'd have one.
