I use a 600 JR for 2 3/4 and 2 1/2" 28g. No issues at all.

I have 4 old Sizemasters and have no complaints. I have only loaded #8 shot in the 28 and it hasn't been a problem.

In regards to your question I have NOT had trouble with resizing the 28 and I shot it out of a 28g Parker Repro (sold it at Ernies thank the Lord) and a Benelli Supersport 28g semi auto. The Benelli feeds them like candy to a kid in 2 3/4" They both chambered well and dropped right in out of the MEC600, the Repro is another reason I will never buy another single trigger SxS.

I'm pretty sure they didn't make a BSS in 28ga. If they did I'd have one.
