Default Calendar & Posters from the Past

Picked these items up at a local auction, I thought they’re pretty neat!

Those Ithaca Gun Oil cans are perhaps more rare, they are quite valuable if and when for sale

the Ithaca oil was not available for long

Ithaca bought gun oil by the barrel and paid workers to put it in the little cans by hand

I don't expect it took very long for the efficiency/ "motion study" experts of the day to say
Umm , can we talk

I see those cans sell for hundreds, there are two in the nose bleed asking price level on eBay right now
the same can with a different brand name in great condition is very reasonable

Rick,
Thanks for reminding me, that must have been a painfully slow process.

I guess there must be much less of them around, because it is hard to find a good one under $700, they sure have a following.

How about Signet Oil, recommended by Parker Brothers?

Didn't Parker also recommend 3in1 oil?
