Default When did Parker move the name from the circle to the banner on the side plates?

I have seen some Parker DHs with the banner and with the name in the circle when did they make this change? I assume sometime in the 1890s, but I want to say I have seen a DH on here that was 1889 or so that had the banners on it?

Just curiosity. Can't recall seeing it in TPS.
