Default Opening day New Hampshire Turkey

Ok, seems you do not have to shoot a Turkey with a vintage gun to post, so I will follow suit. About 40 Miles north of Scott I scored at 5:45 AM on my first Tom of the season, a 21 Lb with 3/4" spurs and a 10" beard. Be after #2 tomorow

They are magnificent birds. Good hunting!

Trying for my 2nd WV bird but they seemed to have totally changed their routines. Was going to hunt Ohio today but strong chance of storms kept me by the house.
I for one don't care what kind of gun is used, and enjoy a scope on my turkey gun. You can even use rifles in WV but haven't resorted to that yet.
