Default Pheasant Curry

Did the Pheasant Curry thing tonight using this recipe as a basis .

https://honest-food.net/green-curry-pheasant-recipe/

When I was at the Food Kitty they had no snow peas so I got a can of sweet peas and when I cooked I tossed in a can of green beans as well . The guy said anything green .

He also suggested a Thai green curry paste but all my Food Kitty had was a red thai sauce . So there we are .

I failed to mention , I thought it was pretty good . Think it might be better with snow peas instead of sweet peas and green beans . Also think fresh sliced basil might be better then dried shredded basil .

We dont have many pheasants down this way, always wanted to try it. Is that your pheasant load ? I remember seeing one member here who used his 8 ga on grouse.

The four or five pheasants I plunked with the 8 last January were shot with 1 1/2 ounce load of 6’s . I kill pheasants at tower shoots .

Did the pheasant curry again . This time I left the green beans out and used cilantro in the place of basil . Tastes okay to me !
