To all our members and readers in the Carolinas and wherever this storm may make landfall , I and I know that sportsmen everywhere are wishing the best for you.

We have several PGCA members in the Georgetown, SC, area, as well as Rick Hemingway and our friends at Backwoods. Not sure if we have any PGCA members in the Coastal NC area, but things sure don't look good for them right now.

I hope everyone pulls through ok

David Dwyer also lives in coastal SC I believe (when he isn't in Tennessee).

Our prayers are with all of you in that region.

I live in the Charleston,SC area and we are expecting high winds and huge volumes of rain.
Governor reversed I-26 today to aid in evacuation. Stay safe all.

One of the nastiest terms to emerge in last decade, after Katrina. "Contraflow"

When you hear that you knows it bad. Top right quadrant of this storm could be a geography changer for the Outerbanks around Roanoke the last time I saw track.

If prayer helps mine are constant for those that might be impacted. This one looks like the real deal.

David Dwyer bugged out this morning for his place in Tennessee. My wife and I are riding the storm out in our home in Conway. We are not in an evacuation zone and are prepared for the worst. Thanks for all the thoughts.

Prayers, prayers, and more prayers for all in the affected area to be impacted by this monster storm. If you can get out, please get out. This is nothing to fool with. Stay safe and we are all praying for you folks.
