AHFGCA Big Bore and Small Bore Championships!!

Default AHFGCA Big Bore and Small Bore Championships!!

Ladies and Gents, coming up at the Northern SxS Challenge & Expo on September 14-17 at Rock Mountain, the AHFGCA Small Bore and Big Bore Championships will be contested!! Each Championship will consist of a total of 100 targets (2 @ 50 bird events) for the 12g "Big Bore" and for either/or the 16g and 20g "Small Bore" guns. The high score with the 12g will win the Big Bore trophy and the high score with the 20/16 will win the Small Bore trophy. Please let the desk at registration and the FOX Collectors table know you will be shooting to qualify. Thanks!!!

Maybe next year Mike. My daughter is getting married the end of the month. I need a small bore Fox though

Harold I sold it besides I don't really consider a 16 as a small bore.

Rich brings up good point. Should'nt the 12/16 be considered BB and the 20 be the SB all by itself?

20 small bore, 28 and 410 sub gauge that the way I roll

Not for Fox. They added the 20 and 16 at the same time and considered them small bore. Especially when 10 and 12 ruled the day bagging game. Personally, I consider 16 and 20 to be mid-bore, with .410 through 24 as small bore.
