First shot success

Duck season is off to a good start. The first ever shot I took with my "new" D 10 gauge at any game, dropped a nice woody. Also picked up a couple teal and a grouse. The hunting will only get better as the northerns start coming down. I think I'll keep her.

Forrest: I grew up in s/w minnesota and loved those early wood duck hunts. I traveled those river bottoms and shot my share of the( in my opinon ) grandest duck of them all. But soon as that first cold snap arrives those woodies are gone. That is one great looking gun. Good hunting to you Thomas
