Looking for any info on a M.L. Stoddard to whom a 20ga. VH was shipped 9/19/1938. Any leads anyone? Murph?

Found this. Don't know if he's your man but it is in the right era. Check the bottom of the page HERE There are some other M.L. Stoddards out there but this one seemed most appropriate to be a Parker buyer.
