Default Interesting Visitors Today:

This touring flock just happened to catch my eye through the window today. Also, the Sandhill Crane migration is in full swing. They really chatter up there.
The backyard photo added today wasn’t unexpected, I live in their yard.

Phlebas the Phoenician, a fortnight dead, forgot the cry of gulls, and the deep sea swell and the profit and loss.
A current under sea picked his bones in whispers. As he rose and fell he passed the stages of his age and youth entering the whirlpool.

We have sandhill cranes flying south in Idaho as well. They are always hard to see because they are so high. Their call certainly carries.
