It's a 12 gauge built on the 2 frame and the pre-struck barrel weight is 4 lbs., 1 oz.
HT/A is believed to mean High Tensile Alloy. J.G. (James Geary) was the barrel maker. OV is the stamp for Trojan Steel. Looks to be in pretty darn good shape. .

Yes it's in good condition and I might just do a light refinish in the stock...shoots well.
