Seems to be a laminate probably sourced from Belgium. Much too late a gun to be Parker USA made. Hard to say. On Damascus ribs that I’ve had to strip and relay, there was a “D” stamp on the underside. Maybe this one has an “L” stamp.

That's a beautiful Laminated rib. Enlarge the picture by double or triple clicking on the picture. You will see the 'weld line' waving through the length of it between the ribbands., Very nice!
