Default Jim Harrison Shotguns?

A friend and I were discussing Jim Harrison this morning and wondering if he shot a Parker since he mentions Parker’s in his novels. Does anyone know more details?

An interesting question. I assume some of his hunting buddies would know. I wonder if they would respond to inquiries. Anyone know how to contact Guy de la Valdene?

Your question has inspired me to re-read Making Game again to see if there are any references to what Harrison was shooting.

That is an outstanding book! Don't remember if he mentions gun makes or not.

Jason, do you know source (story, novel, interview) this quotation is from? Thanks for posting it.

That one is from 'Wolf: A False Memoir' (1971).
