Default 1 oz 12ga winchester super-x target loads?

I picked up some of these from walmart to shoot in my superposed for a church clay shoot this weekend. Have some RSTs for my damascus parkers, but was curious if anyone fired these in their damascus parkers? I don't so much mind the price on RST shells, but hate paying shipping and ft worth is the closest distributor I am aware of.

On Double Gun forum I saw that Drew posted their pressures are about 8000 psi. I imagine my 3 frame 12 would be fine with just about anything, and I know that Bruce and others shoot full factory loads, but was curious with people's experience with these.

I have used them. No issues but I know my guns. Your three frame will digest those loads no problem.

I thought too it was 8000 PSI but I saw this post by a gentleman from the Lefever Forum who sent some factory loads to Tom Armbrust. There are other shells you can buy with lower pressures and probably price per box cheaper. You have some other options.

Bottom of first page is the chart.

I am not member of lefever collectors so can't read it. It's probably good for everything but my 6.8 lb 12 gauge parker. That one may be good too, but I am paranoid with it. At $5 a box, they weren't badly priced.

Bill: these are the loads and pressures as measured by Tom Armbrust

3 Dr. Eq. 1 1/8 oz. Winchester Trap Load
1,202 fps @ 9,600 psi

AA Xtra-Lite 1 oz. WAAL12
1189 fps @ 8000 psi

AA ‘Low noise Low recoil’ 15/16 oz.
980 fps @ 6,200 psi

I have no information regarding the Super-X Target loads. Possibly Frank could provide the short version from the Lefever site please.

The Lefever chart, interesting though it may be, does not mention the Super-X load in question.

Thank you Bill. Could you, or Frank, or Josh please ask the OP on the Lefever site for permission to reproduce the chart here?

My mistake it is just Super-Target. No X.... I am not young, but I am not old enough to be getting that mixed up....

Thanks for the help!
