I am generally not much of a clays shooter, but darn if you guys aren't starting to make a day trip sound worth it ( a bit over 2 1/2 hours each way).

Rick,
My trip is four hours one way and I would still do it if it were twice as far. Great guys, great guns, good food, good cigars and refreshing libations. What's not to like. Like Dave said you won't be disappointed. He promised you so you can take that to the bank. ps- bring lots of ammo! |

Looks like a great shoot, I'll have to try to get my dad to come out there with me. And I have a couple new toys to shoot anyways.

Well, I made a day trip out of it today and found it time well spent.
It was great to put some faces with names, and thanks to all the Parker folks for the warm welcome. There was a decent selection of vendors and displays and the clays course I shot was a good example of Hunter's clays - well presented with some tricky, but mostly practical presentations resembling field shots I am afraid I did not get pictures to share, hopefully those there for the weekend will post some when they get home.
