Default Parker SN #43605

I own this gun. Who would be the best person to restore this Parker and/or tell me if it's worth pursuing or too far gone? Thanks!

If I'm reading the SN correctly, 43605 is a grade one, Laminated steel 16ga, which would be a nice piece to have. You're looking at substantial project, even if all the wood is there to do a proper repair on the stock. Only you can decide if it's worth doing. Family history or pulled from the trash makes a big difference in one's perspective.

Worth it? From a financial standpoint. No. The cost of proper restoration would be far more than the realistic market value of the gun. If you want to do it for another other reason than money, go ahead. It is only money.

The very first thing you need to do before you put any money into restoration is to have the
barrels measured for ample safe-to-shoot wall thickness, occlusions, dents, severe pits... anything that would compromise shooting the gun safely.

What is the frame size? Like others said, the barrels are key.
