Default Thought I’d gotten past it !

Guy came in today with a circa 1969 Browning A-5 20 gauge Magnum with a 26 inch IC barrel with of course 3” chamber . So as seems to be the way of late , it stayed with me .

WOW, what a great combo for decoyed ducks! Said to be one of the red-headed stepchildren ballistically, the 3" mag 20 ga. out of an IC choke may be able to reach the equivalent of isomeric tautomerism in pattern density and distribution. (I strongly recommend #5 KTM in the blind!).

The local Wegman's is fresh out of that isomeric tautomerism, but I'll try one of the Italian boutique groceries later today. Thanks for the tip, Kevin.

I just happen to have five boxes of Federal Premier 20 gauge 3” copper plated #2 buck that I think I’ll test fire in this thing . If they pattern to suit it might plunk a man eating Virginia Whitetail .

If I still was part of a lease in Southern Dorchester County MD I’d damn sure try and knock off a Sika deer with the little gun .
