Thanks James -

You should have been at our Annual Meeting which we held at the NRA Museum a few years ago.

In the large room that was used for the Silent Auction and the Peoples Choice displays Phil Shrier, head curator at the museum, had the three Invincibles on display for everyone’s viewing pleasure.

Phil also brought them to our Annual Meeting in Maryland one year when we held it in conjunction with the Vintage Gunners Cup.

I drive a few miles to check on them every few weeks. I'm about twenty miles away. Kevin McCormack lives about a good baseball throw from them. I shot with the gentleman who owned two of them for years and didn't realize that he owned a Parker. Kevin shot with him also, but he knew the Parker connection.

At the Annual Meeting at the museum after everybody had left the room to go to dinner I asked Phil if he would allow me to photograph them with the glass cover of the display case lifted because it was impossible to get good photos with the glare from the glass. He was very obliging after he gave a good look-see to make sure we were alone. He’s a really good fella...

The straight grip, double trigger gun is the Lyman gun. The first three pictures in Dean's post. Enjoy.

Thank you Bill, I knew the Lyman family having worked for Hal Lyman and being friends with their farm manager was very close to it without knowing it. I still have a christmas cactus they gave me 45 years ago.
