I have two Parker’s with sheriff badges on them can anyone tell me about them

Pictures please?

Not saying yours are fake but we have seen an awful lot of old SXS guns with fake W.F, & Co. or WELLS FARGO stamped indiscriminately in the metal or wood.

Have you ordered research letters of your guns?

sheriff badges may be the standard blank engraving "device" inset on the stock that could look like a small sheriff's badge?

PGCA Research letters are $100 each gun for non-members but $40 each for PGCA annual and life members.

If refering to the nickel sliver shield in the toe line of the stock, this was a standard feature on every Parker VH - GH made. Nothing unique about it.
If something different, then you will need to post photos for use to see what you are speaking of.
