As Richard said, Chuck Connors played pro basketball too.

I believe that shotgun sold on GunBroker last year. It was the factory original one, with a 15" LOP and original barrels.

Back in my Las Vegas Stagehand days, I worked around stage props daily. Never any firearms, but lots'a other cool stuff.
A coworker whose dad worked on movie sets back in the 50s somehow ended up with one of the M1 Garands used in the musical "South Pacific". Nothing nefarious, they just gave it to him at the end of production.
I can tell you from first hand experience that the M1 worked just fine.
BTW, that spring powered clip springing out on the last shot will get your attention!

Just remember the correct answer to every single question on the SNL Spanish game show "Que es Mucho Macho?":

{Insert Name} es Macho.. but LLoyd Bridges es Mucho Macho!

I recall an episode where in a demonstration of his shooting prowess
ol' Luke shoots the phineals from the "Madera House" street sign.

Hopefully, in the hotel room behind the sign were a bunch of bad guys
needing to be taken care of and not a couple of weary travelers.

Default Parkers in the movies

Just running off memory, but I believe that another Parker shows up in the original ' Monte Walsh ' with Lee Marvin. It is a good picture and I highly recommend it to all the lovers of the older style westerns. M

I just watched an episode of the Rifleman that included "Little Joe Cartwright" - Michael Landon(birth name: Eugene Maurice Orowitz!) - as a bank robber! Turns out it was episode #3 of the Rifleman from 1958 and before Bonanza started in 1959. Definitely the earliest episode I've seen. He was in another episode(#18?) of the Rifleman in 1959.

Have you seen the episode where the Rifleman kills Sammy Davis jr?
