Default New User From Texas

Hello I am a new user from Texas I have 2 Parker Brothers shotguns, One serial number 660, it has a lower breech release and hammers, I am wanting to get it appraised, and need to know the best person to appraise it. Thanks

If you can post some pictures that would be helpful to the experts. 660 is a very early gun and while that in itself doesn’t make it valuable, it is interesting. Also, let us know what area you in and someone nearby might be able to help.

The hammer gun you picture is not a Parker Brothers, Meriden, Connecticut shotgun. The other gun you picture in the car, appears to be a Parker, maybe hammerless gun, obviously not serial number 660.

Is the hammer gun marked Parker? If so, it is a Belgian gun marked some form of Parker in an attempt to emulate an expensive name brand. Either way, I suspect it's value is as a fireplace decorator; essentially $100 or so, if you can find a buyer.
