Maybe Chuck could scan the order for us so we can get your answer. I have read thousands of Parker Brothers orders and don't remember seeing this notation. Help, Chuck. Ray, post the serial number for Chuck's information.

I've seen it before but as "extra long fore hand stock".

Bill, Chuck sent me the notation and that is what it says: "extra for hand stock." Like Brian, Chuck also believes it is an order for an extra forend.

Ten dollars sounds about right for an extractor forend complete.

The order book to nations can be odd. I has seen "check side of stock" be used for checkered cheek panels.
