I'm sure it's not worthless, though it is worth less. A slight dent can be raised, however a crease or metal damage is another story. Unsafe to fire? Minor dents towards the muzzle aren't a serious concern. However modern shells are not safe. RST manufactures safe low pressure shells of the proper length that are more than acceptable. Seek out a professional who is versed in Parker guns for definitive advice.

I have removed dents in my barrels and shot the gun . No one here can say for sure without seeing the gun best to have it looked at by someone that knows Damascus and I would say the gun is not worthless unless there is other issues like barrel wall thickness and split wood

75510 is way too early for Parker Bros. ejectors. Was either fitted with aftermarket ejectors, or back to Parker Bros.
for a retrofit. Parker Bros. introduced ejectors circa 1901, primarily on Quality DH and above. No retrofitting ejectors to finished guns. By the mid-teens ejectors were offered on all grades but Trojan, and they would retrofit ejectors to finished guns. We need to see pictures to really offer anything in the way of sound advice on the gun. |

A picture of the inside of the forend and inside parts of the receiver with the gun disassembled into three pieces would tell us about the ejectors. A verbal description of the ejector mechanism would not help much. Pictures will also tell us more about the dents.

Yes I understand this gun is not safe until it is checked out but just wondering what the value would be now if I sold it. What price would be a good starting point on gunbroker?
