For my future reference to be more effective, I will restate the serial numbers without punctuation:
115896 Parker VH 48833 Lefever G 42837 Baker Tryon One of the first things I do when looking at a SxS is search this forum to see what comes up. I am pleasantly surprised sometimes. Not as nice as an online copy of the serialization book, but any resource is a good resource.

Make sure you report the theft and the serial numbers to the authorities, if you haven't already.

Keep an eye on the pawn shops. A guy from New Mexico just had a Lefever stolen from his home too. Same perps?

Actually this is the same incident, there were 3 16ga guns stolen and that's all,, so I reported it here to expand the search for my friend. To me it seems like the perp was a 16ga aficionado. He was getting ready to go hunting and had the guns out in the house that's when the break in occurred.
