Default Classic Doubles 201 repair

Gentlemen,

I have a Classic Doubles 201 20ga. which has a non-functioning ejector on the right barrel. I'm struggling to find a gunsmith who can repair the gun. This SxS was made in the same plant as the Parker Reproductions. I believe some parts are interchangeable.

Please advise if you have a gunsmith recommendation or contact for replacement parts.

Thank you.

Tony Galazan bought out the Classic Doubles company.
I would contact them to see if they could be of help.
However I know that they don’t repair them.

If the actual ejector is not broken, it should not be a difficult job! If it’s intact and just not ejecting, any competent smith should be able to fix it. I don’t know where you live, but Gunter Pfrommer in Virginia can fix anything and is reasonable. Tell us where you live and ,Albert we can recommend someone nearby!

Thanks for the replies.

I called CSMC about the repair earlier today. They refused to work on it. However, I did not inquire about Classic Doubles parts.

I recently retired to Florida, Bradenton/Sarasota area. I've reached out to Cole Gunsmithing but have not heard back.

The ejector is not broken, nor are the ejector coil springs. Before relocating to Florida, I took the gun to Simmons in Olathe, KS. Their solution was to remove the coil springs and make it an extractor gun. They said the part required to fix it was unavailable.

I'd like to restore original function. A good smith should be able to fabricate the needed part. But as we all know, good smiths are getting along in years and becoming scarce.

Try Dasson’s Doubles
https://dawsonsdoubles.com/
They specialize in 101 and Model 23 Winchesters.
He may know where to find parts.

There is a fellow out west, maybe Arizona, that has parts for Jap Winchesters. I don't know his name. Apparently, he is very reliable.
