Mike I do an absolutely killer pulled pork on the Weber Smokey Mountain, and ribs ain't bad either : ) I let the butt smoke 12-14 hours then rest in foil/towel inside a cooler for a few hours before pulling. Bet ya' can't eat just one sandwich.
