Default Huglu - another gun

I stopped by Jaqua's Friday which is sort of like a recovering alky stopping by the Linger Longer to see old friends. They had a consigned lot of these little Turkish doubles and I couldn't resist. I wound up with a 5.3 pound 30" bbl. .410. Maybe something both Rich and Destry could agree on, then maybe not. I ran a box of 3" 7&1/2s though it on self launched clays and never missed. I'll try it on doves in a week, or maybe I'll stick with my Old Reliable Trojan 20. Anyway, I'm not qualified for either the Parker or Repro .410 market, so this will have to do for the time being. Below is a pic with my 10ga. GH, 32" bbl., DelGrego remake for scale.

The 410 looks like it will be allot of fun . While at Jacqua's did you get a chance to see the 10 ga. hammer gun they have?

Robert, While there, I saw three Parkers in their racks, none of which rung my bell. I did check the tags and figured from outside appearance, they were priced about twice what they should go for. Gordon, now, may be able to fill us in on the 10 as he picked one up at a garage sale about a month or so ago for big money which has bores like the road to Dakar. I should mention that he also got in the package a beautiful two barrel set 12 GH (if I recall right) that most of us would say he pretty much stole. Gordon, let us know what you think of the 10ga hammer gun.

Fred:
I looked at Jaques 10ga lifter. Its a 15000 ser range mine is 11382. Theirs is D grade or higher and mine is a grade 2. Theirs has much lighter frosting in the bores than mine. Mine is 32" - theirs is 30". Mine cost about 1/3 what their asking.
If anyones looking for a 10ga lifter go to Jaques.
