My guess from what I can see, the pattern is Remington chain J.. very interesting.

Well, it gave a fine showing in Mississippi but I learned at least two things. One is that those long firing pins do indeed puncture primers. Another is that standing in flooded timber is not when cradling nearly 8 1/2 lbs seems like such a good idea!
