Default A resurrection of a neglected Sterly 16

After 10 years of owning I finely put this one back in the field. Acquired it for payment on some stock work I did.
Dale Medders gave me the wood. I fit the wood, squared off the cut 24" barrels. Cleaned up the insides. Phil Carr recommended Dean Harris of Skeets Gun Shop in OK. He chambered, choked, removed dents and polished bores. I wanted this for our harsh quail hunting conditions here in AZ. It's far from one of my prettiest, but it's one of my favorite guns. Took it out yesterday and it did perform! Our hunt was suddenly stopped for reasons I won't go into, but I was headed towards a limit. I'll try it again next Saturday.
