This may your best post yet!! The photography was outstanding and the subject was enlightening. I have never focused on the exquisite detail of high grade screw engraving. All along I thought you were just another pretty face!
You have clearly shown that each screw is truly unique!
David
Bruce, beautiful pictures like always. Parker was so detail oriented that they even engraved screws no one would see. This gun isn't quite as nice as the ones you showed but it was high grade for its day.

David, those photos of Parker screws were taken by a friend who declines to appear here. I have taken similarly detailed pictures of Parkers in the past.
The most popular subjects with forum viewers seem to be either good photos of nice guns or some variety of verbal bloodbath. We've chosen the photo route and try to keep and maintain interest in the Parker gun.
As for "thought ( I ) was just another pretty face", thank you.......I guess.

That was a compliment . Thank you and your friend for continuing to enlighten and embellish the forum with your threads. Y'all draw my attention to detail that I have not always appreciated and the guns are a treasure
Happy New Year to both of you.
