Default Parker’s at Jaquas’s!

I’m sure many of you have seen the many Parker’s that appeared on Jaquas’s website today—BUT—if not, check them out. Among the many guns listed is a 30 inch DHE 28 gauge. It looks refinished but it’s nice to see. Looking over all the guns, I’d have to say that the prices seem optimistic, unless I’m out of the loop!

I saw them a few weeks ago while they were still sorting them out. I was the only customer in the store and they let me go through them. They have a 16 gauge gun that’s in the Parker Story.

Yes-the 16 you’re referring to is a magnificent A-1 Special well documented in TPS.

I thought the A-1 and AAHE 16’s as well as the BHE 20 were rather sporty !

It is absolutely stunning. I took a few pictures of it and some of the small bore guns to share on this site but they asked me not to mention the collection until they were ready to put them out. I don't think they have them all listed yet. They had a few more long barreled small bores.

The 16 A1-S is described in detail in the first issue, first volume of the Double Gun Journal. It was noted that this was one of the finest guns Parker ever produced. Never imagined that I would see this gun come into the market. I won my copy of this DGJ at the silent auction at the PGCA banquet.

The AAHE 16 is very nice and a good compliment to my 12. The DHE 28 with 30 barrels is nice also. Now can I start a go fund me account???
