Default Not too early to submit summer issue articles!

Greetings Parker brothers and sisters. Don't be shy, we urge you to submit any articles you have for the summer issue of Parker Pages ASAP. The deadline for us to have the articles to Village Press is 4/30 which is two weeks later than usual due to the Spring Southern which can be a fertile ground for articles. We hope to have a nice article on the Smith-Parker Challenge among others. There are other items that are involved with the mailing and timing of the summer issue that have us asking for the majority of articles to be sent to us and ready by the normal date of the 15th of the month. That way we can have all but a few articles proofed and ready at VP and only have to work a few more into the summer issue at the 11th hour. Thanks for your cooperation and keep those creative works coming in!!

BTW, big Parker Pages news coming in the current issue. Read it carefully, it's at the very end of the notes from the Board of Directors.

I'm sure that the majority of you in Parker Universe have seen that beginning with the summer issue of Parker Pages that the journal will be printed in full color!! That's right, no more B&W or color decisions for the articles. As Mr. Trump says, "This will be huge!!".

In celebration of this good news we urge you to read the post regarding a special "Summer Issue Request". THX!

Ladies and gents, since the Southern has been cancelled we will most likely move up the deadline for the summer issue. If you have any articles or pictures for the pictorial or cover, please email them ASAP. Thank you.
