Default Hammer Guns Closeups:

I enjoy taking closeup photos to see what I can’t ordinarily see with my old eyes. Expand the photos a bit to view the detail.
They sure don’t make ‘em like this anymore.

I like that band of engraving around the bolsters of the top lever gun.

I like it too Edgar. That was typical of Grade-2 engraving of that period. Those G’s are ‘highly engraved’ compared to earlier and later Grade-2’s.
