Default Need a reputable person to restore in Pa or Delaware

I have my grandfather's Parker...Grade 0, Vulcan Steel, made in early 1924. The tip of the left barrel has a small dent that I want repaired. I am looking for the dent repair and minor restoration...I live near South East, Pa or Northern Delaware. I would like to attach a photo but am unsure how to use the insert image photo feature.

My daughter wants to have it retsored for my birthday.

I hope someone can assist me.

Dewey is great but you will wait a long time for the repair. I would recommend driving to the Northern Side X Side Classic at Hausmann's Hidden Hollow in June. Jon Hosford can take the dent out for you as you watch him do it. While there, you can shoot sporting clays or look at all the great SxS guns for sale or display.

You can send pictures to me and I'll post them for you. Pgcaresearch@verizon.net

Louis, while you are at Hausmann's in June you should get opinions about restoration from other Parker folks. There is also the school of thought "why would you erase all of the nicks, scratches and general wear that your grandfather put on that gun through his years of hunting and shooting?"

Yes, have the barrel dent repaired but think hard about restoration...
