To be sure if this is really a SSS barrel and not just a 3" chamber barrel the bore diameter would need be measured. SSS barrels have a .740" bore.

Who shoots a 28 inch gun at ducks anyway? It just wouldn't seem right.

Ditto with my 28" 16 ga Parker/Kreighof. As a matter of fact a 30" barrel is a "classic" length but the ducks can't tell the difference. Bill
