Default Annual Meeting Banquet Menu

Thought I would share the menu I just received from the Caterer serving at the Annual Meeting at Hopkins Game Farm in Maryland on September 22nd. We have already sold about half of the 100 available tickets. Cost for a ticket is $65.00 for members of the PGCA and their guests(if purchased by July 22) and $75.00 for non-members. This years display theme is Waterfowl Guns. I would imagine we are going to have some awesome 8 gauges, large frame 10 gauges and a host of other example that will make you drool. To get your tickets send checks payable to the PGCA to: David Suponski
266 Clover Street
Stratford, CT 06614

Here’s the menu according to our Caterer:
During cocktail hour - Cold Poached Shrimp and Fruit and Cheese table

DINNER BUFFET -

Caesar Salad
House made corn bread and rolls
Beef tenderloin served with horseradish sauce
Chicken breasts, baked with panko bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and pecans
Mashed potato bar with all traditional toppings
Grilled Green Beans
Corn and tomato salad
Chocolate torte

There is going to be a bar available. We just have to work out a few details. Ill post about that when it’s completed.

Also, every attendee will receive a 25th Anniversary PGCA Pocket Flask as an appreciation of your attendance. (At a recent auction one sold for $200)

Sounds excellent Mike. I just bought 4 tickets from Dave. I think you will sellout before the July discount cutoff date.
I hope we see at least one Wigeon Duck Club gun.

I hope the horseraddish is served separately and not plopped anywhere on my plate.....

Gentlemen, I have just spoke with the Manager of the Holiday Inn Express. There was a minor snaffu with reservations but, I have been assured everything is in order now and booking can commence. There are approximately 25 rooms available. If, you are going to the event and want to stay with the fun bunch I would suggest you book a room ASAP.
