Default Wad Substitution

Hey guys... Dean gave me a whole s--t pot of RST12 gauge hulls. And Dave Miles gave me a couple good loads for them. The loads use Guilandi wads but I would like to buy local if I could. What 1 oz. wad can I use in these straight walled hulls as a substitute?

Dave, in a word, "none". Don't even think about it! Unless a wad is specifically made as a clone they are not interchangable. Your hulls are probably Cheddite so search for new load data using them.

Ballistic Products or Graf & Sons, among others, will deliver the Gualandi wads you need right to your front door...how much more local can it get than that?
