On Sunday mornings, whoever is in the house gets breakfast of Poached Eggs in Wine Sauce, toasted homemade sourdough bread with choice of dressing, including, but not limited to, homemade Orange or Lime marmalade, Crabapple jelly from the home place trees, wild or cultured grape jelly, wild or cultured high bush cranberry jelly, Earl Grey tea or coffee with either honey, maple syrup, white or brown sugar and make believe sweeteners.
This morning it was just me and Moira. So, we had some of the offerings by ourselves. Moira likes the White Zinfandel wine sauce on her poached eggs more than she likes a Chardonney or Pinot Grigio wine sauce. She's getting to be a real gourmet.
