Need a flat spring for opening lever

I have an old VH I hunt with and the lever spring broke. Does anyone know of a replacement?

Contact Abe Chaber in CT. If he is still in the gunsmithing business he will make one for you. He is a German-trained gunsmith well versed in the most time-tested methods.
