Default Ejector Conversion

I have a standard ejector repro that I would like to convert to extractor. I have no use for ejectors. So, what will it take to make the conversion. I am assuming just removing the ejector guts should do the job but thought I'd ask the experts.

There are a few different things you can do, but the most basic this is to gut the forend as you mentioned.
The only thing about doing any sort of ejector disabling is that the shells will only lift out about 1/8” from the chambers. Many find this annoying. The only way to correct this is to replace or modify the roll joint and ejector kicker rods.

Thanks Brian. It should be no different than unloading unfired shells which I do not find problematic.
