First of 2024

The first PHEASANT stir fry of 2024 ! Made some partridge stir fry two weeks ago but this is the first of this year with pheasant as the protein . Yeri Yeri Teryaki sauce , pheasant , onions , broccoli and green peppers .

I may make some pheasant Tikka Masala next week at the shop . Haven’t done any Indian quisine in awhile !
