On of those Belgian shepherd types. Chased a squirrel up the tree and couldn’t get down. Fire Dept came and got him but no squirrel LOL

My Wirehair could climb a pretty good tree if there was a squirrel or a pheasant up there.

A friend 's LAB jumped up together shot pheasant snagged in a tree. Her foot got caught in the crotch of the tree and she was hanging by her front leg. Not pretty

As a kid my constant companion was a little Manchester terrier named Nip. He once chased a cat up a tree with a low branch that was at about a 45-degree angle. He got as high as he could go and of course the cat went farther and moved on; when Nip realized where he was he froze. Fortunately I was there to get him down. Nip and I in our younger days...
