Default stock off NID

hi, help, how does one remove the stock from the receiver on an Ithaca NID?? thanks scott

Go outside to the big tree grab by the muzzle swing like hell at the tree that should do it. Im sorry I needed a laugh today !

Scott,
I've taken them down in the past and don't remember any fancy tricks.
Trigger guard screw.
Top and bottom tang screws.
Trigger plate screws.
I think that's it.

Do. Not Loose the small spring under the floor plate, that holds the top lever over. It rests in a small hole just under the floor plate.If you turn the action over it will just fall out...

They come apart very similar to a Fox and or any other Ithaca flues. The actions are kind of a meld of both designs.
