I loved shooting and exhibiting at Sandanona and was really bummed when the Vintage Cup moved from there. Do you stay overnight nearby or just day-trip it, Allen?

It's worth the drive just to go to the little Mediterranean restaurant in the old church on the west end of Poughkeepsie - paella custom-cooked in a kettle with a lobster option for a few bucks more. And don't forget to get a few carafes of the house label Sangria. They really lost money when Researcher and I would hit the place after a hard day of boothing it at the VGC!
