Default B.G.I. Co. 1183

I picked up this rather fancy capper/decapper recently. Advertised as a potential paperweight. It’s marked “10”, though a 12 gauge hull fits nicely. I’m unsure of its age, though it’s old for sure. I’ve seen similar ones but not nearly as ornate.
The one mentioned in the letter for my 1886 D3 lifter was #1185. I’m not holding my breath finding that one.
