Default Quail hunting with John Frierson

Dad, Harry and I enjoyed a quail hunt with John Frierson who some of you know from his book and articles in Parker Pages. It was a day to remember!

What a great time your son must be having. I keep thinking about how influential my early hunting escapades were for me.

Mills, please pass along my regards to John. Tell him my daughter is campaigning hard to get his dhe 16 away from me.

A nice array of hunting Parkers there. Is that John’s grade-3 on the bottom of the pic?

May I ask about the barrels of the gun just above the grade-3? What is that spotting on them?
